Honor Flight Columbus accepts applications from America’s senior Veterans: Currently, as senior Veteran is defined as any individual with active duty service prior to May 7, 1975 (the end of the Vietnam War). In addition, any terminally ill veterans from any era will be served with priority.

World War II through Korean War and Cold War veterans will continue to have priority and Vietnam Era Veterans will be placed on a wait-list and served in the order in which their applications were received.
